All orders placed through our website are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order due to pricing errors, suspected fraud, payment issues, or product availability.

We accept secure online payments through trusted payment gateways. Your payment information is processed securely and is never stored on our servers. Cash on Delivery (COD) is currently not available.

6. Shipping

• Delivery is available across India.
• Shipping charges are calculated based on your delivery location.
• International shipping is currently not available.

7. Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled within 48 hours of placing the order or before dispatch, whichever occurs first. Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.

8. Returns & Refunds

Returns or replacements are accepted only for products that are damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered. Requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery along with clear photos of the product.

Products that have been opened, used, damaged after delivery, or returned due to a change of mind are not eligible for return or refund.
