1. Return Eligibility

You are eligible for a return or replacement only if:

• You receive a damaged product.
• You receive a defective product.
• You receive an incorrect item.

To request a return or replacement, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide:

• Your Order Number
• Clear photos of the product
• Photos of the outer packaging (if applicable)

2. Items Not Eligible for Return

Returns or refunds will not be accepted in the following cases:

• Opened or used products.
• Products damaged after delivery.
• Requests made after 48 hours of delivery.
• Change of mind or personal preference.
• Products purchased during clearance or special promotional sales (unless received damaged or defective).

3. Replacement Process

Once your request has been reviewed and approved, we will arrange a replacement for the eligible product at no additional cost, subject to product availability.

If a replacement is not available, a refund may be issued at our discretion.

4. Refund Policy

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method used while placing the order.

Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account after it has been initiated. Actual processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

5. Cancellation Policy

Orders may be cancelled within 48 hours of placing the order or before dispatch, whichever occurs first.

Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.

6. Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available for orders placed on our website.
